Hello.
I'm an editor with over five years’ experience working in Ireland’s broadcast media.
I have worked on a wide variety of programming, spanning genres such as observational documentary, sport, history, live-studio and factual entertainment. I bring strong storytelling instincts and a technical know-how to any project I work on.
Avid Media Composer, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve - at this stage I've used all major NLE's to varying degrees as well as many different Creative Cloud apps.

Here's a showreel containing content from some of the projects I've edited over the last number of years. I don't believe a showreel says much about your editing ability per se, but cutting sizzle reels is fun and I've done a lot of it over the last number of years.

Crash Scene Investigates (2022) is a four-part series exploring real-life stories of car crashes in Ireland, the circumstances that led to them and the long-term repercussions they caused. Using an innovative split structure between drama and documentary, I edited all four episodes.

Here's an emotional scene taken from Crash Scene Investigates Ep 2, where recently widowed Patricia receives her husband's wedding ring.

This is a documentary scene taken from Crash Scene Investigates Ep 4, where June describes getting through her wedding day following her father's recent bereavement.

I've been editor on Ireland's EY Entrepreneur Of The Year for 2019, 2020 and 2021. In 2019, Joe Schmidt won the Special Award for which I edited together a VT.

The opening sequence to 'Réabhlóid GAA' (2020) - a one-hour documentary I edited which tells the story of how hurling redefined itself as a sport in the 1990s to truly become Ireland's national game.

This scene from 'Réabhlóid GAA' captures the epic moment Clare won the All Ireland in 1995 after an 81 year wait.

Here's a promo I cut for the two part documentary 'The Boys In Green'. Using excess media from the main eps, I cut together a promo that garnered great attention online.

One of a series of promos I put together for 'My Sunday Best' - a documentary which looked back at 40 years of 'The Sunday Game'.  I've cut dozens of promos over the last few years.
